An Online process for the admissions under the In-House Category is conducted by the office staff and the form can be filled and submitted as per schedule displayed on our notice board.

For all other students an Online Admission Process is conducted by the Deputy Director of Education Office and the students are admitted as per the list sent by the Deputy Director of Education Office within the time schedule given by the Education Department.

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar Card (One photo copy)
• 3 colored photographs (Passport size)
• 1 Parent’s /Guardian’s photograph (Passport size)

Eligibility

(For candidates coming from I.C.S.E., C.B.S.E., other Boards/States).

On admission being offered to the candidate in the F.Y.J.C. (Std.XI) or S.Y.J.C. (Std. XII class), he/she is required to submit the following:

1. A duly filled Application Form for Provisional Eligibility. The form is available at the H.S.C. Board Office.

3. A photograph affixed and attested.
4. An attested copy of the Marksheet of the last examination passed.
5. An attested copy of Passing Certificate of last examination passed.
6. Original Migration Certificate.
7. Students passing ICSE/CBSE/OTHER BOARDS are additionally required to submit the following:

   a)The ‘DEED OF UNDERTAKING’ on stamped paper with franking of Rs. 100 signed by the candidate and parent/guardian. 
   b)Candidates passing Class X CBSE are required to submit the Board Examination Hall Ticket.

   NOTE: Admission to the Junior College (Std.XI or Std.XII) will be granted only on submission of the above.

• Submission and acceptance of the form does not mean any assurance of admission.
• No admission form will be entertained either for submission or for admission unless all the particulars asked for in the admission form are properly filled in and the required number of documents and/or certificates are attached.
• Full name (in capital letters) Birth date, Birth place, Nationality and Caste should be written exactly as mentioned in the school leaving certificate.
• All admissions are provisional. They will be confirmed only after the verification of documents submitted.
• The Principal reserves the right to make necessary changes in the details of admission-procedure depending on the circumstances prevailing during the days of admission.
